Designed by Civil Engineer Harry Highet in 1920, the P Class is one of New Zealand’s most popular training and racing dinghies for children generally aged between 11 and 16 years.

The P Class is a 2.13 metre single sail dinghy, governed by tight class rules that have been gradually amended to take advantage of new technologies.
