TWELVE ONE DESIGN

The ‘TWELVE’ One Design is a new class of yacht that has been developed by Europe Sailing Corporation Ltd to fill a gap in the sailing market for a modern and sleek, low-cost, easily transportable boat.

The boats have been designed to reflect the look of the latest America’s Cup Class, albeit smaller in size, with a length of 12m and 2.49m in width. Thus, allowing for boats to be transported without need of a special transportation permit.

Designed by Studio Lostuzzi, the ‘TWELVE’ One Design class will be built using an “E-glass” and PVC sandwich construction bonded with epoxy resins, and will feature a Southern Spars’ two spreader carbon fibre mast manufactured at our Cape Town facility.
